two two-six

well, I successfully finished my first complete 531 program. This week is deload week, so I think i will bike or do a lot of walking. Here is the last few days and my results.

Sandbag press
3 x 5 sandbags
squat sandbag
also 3 x5 sandbags...
well, you get the point

My real numbers are:
overhead press
95 x5
100 x 3
110 x5 Im gonna need to go up a tad on this one

deadlift
240 x 5
270 x 3
315 x 3 ditto

bench press
140 x5
160 x 3
180 x 5 lather rinse repeat

squat
180 x 5
205 x 3
225 x 3

All in all I feel accomplished. I really wanted to just get back in and complete one whole cycle and get ths soreness worked out. I will be goin up. promise... hows everyone else doin?

Well that is a nice feeling to finish up a cycle. Now that you got the kinks worked out, you gots to go in for maxes. See how dat feel. Cuz i'm thinkin you're gunna get some much mo' manly nummas posted up nex time round.
