so tues night i did half the overhead workout. i was plum pissed that im a giant sandbagger. so i got up wed morn at 6 and went and did the deadlift 531.. I got a jumprope and an ab wheel. only had time to do the main lift cause i had class at native air. i forgot how winded a freakin jump rope will make you!

So, im gonna up the max on all my lifts a tad. im talked to sandy and told her to get on my anus about stayin dedicated to the 3 times a week thing. too many times i've gotten home and just been plum wrecked from work. ive talked myself outta so many workouts its stupid. i wind up a week in between everything. i shoulda finished this last cycle about 1 1/2 weeks ago..
oh well, its trial and error i suppose. on a brighter note, alyssa is 9 months today!! amazing huh!!

Well congrats on the Wren living through 9 mos with you guys! They're way harder to kill than you'd think, eh. Hehheh.
And i sho' nuff can't throw the first stone on slacking. i have done squadoosh in the irongym in the last month. i'm intending to correct that next week, but we'll see. Think i'll be less stressed after i turn this silly paper in.
