Worked out last night, being tues. Considered starting the program over, cause it had been 7 days since I'd worked out last. But i decided against it, and picked up where I left off. it went as follows

OH press
100 x3
110 x3
115 x3

BB Curls – 5 x 5
45, 65, 65, 70, 75 i impressed myself here
Upright Rows – 3 x 10
65 i think
Bent Over Row – 3 sets of 10-15 reps
full rom with 45

not a bad workout.
wed morning i just did deads.
3 of 3 w 260, 285, 295. all went up nicely...

baby cryin, gotta go!!!!!!
