moved on into the gym again tonight. did bench press. i was wondering how generous i was gonna be to myself, or maybe cavalier.. but all went well. i did the main lift and one set of ab wheel rollouts.. i forgot these suck

225 x 1 (its awesome the gut wrenching midevil battle crys that come outta ya)
ab wheel
15 x 1 it stung the second set, so i opted for movement tomorrow night rather than agony
Im still upset w myself, be lax and all.. but im very serious about keeping to my plan an staying solid. only one to rely on is me. hows yalls thurs eve pannin out?
