so i went and worked out this am. Intended to do a quick 531 overhead..

Now I haven't been in the gym consistently. I have just started week 4 of the 531 program. Im a slacker, and I just proved to myself that I have potential that I am wasting. I've known that for sure for years, but I just really proved that to myself today... I suck
