moved on into the gym again tonight. did bench press. i was wondering how generous i was gonna be to myself, or maybe cavalier.. but all went well. i did the main lift and one set of ab wheel rollouts.. i forgot these suck

makin up
so tues night i did half the overhead workout. i was plum pissed that im a giant sandbagger. so i got up wed morn at 6 and went and did the deadlift 531.. I got a jumprope and an ab wheel. only had time to do the main lift cause i had class at native air. i forgot how winded a freakin jump rope will make you!

So, im gonna up the max on all my lifts a tad. im talked to sandy and told her to get on my anus about stayin dedicated to the 3 times a week thing. too many times i've gotten home and just been plum wrecked from work. ive talked myself outta so many workouts its stupid. i wind up a week in between everything. i shoulda finished this last cycle about 1 1/2 weeks ago..
oh well, its trial and error i suppose. on a brighter note, alyssa is 9 months today!! amazing huh!!

Pulmocare
This last three days sucketh.. worked out fridays and took a 2 day weekend. Worked ICU 3 in a row. We worked 4 codes in the last three shifts. Good ol cancer.. I was physically exhausted this morning. Im still kinda wiped out and its 1:15. Really looking forward to my 2 off.

Diprivan
Im gonna title my pist with whatever my current patient is on.. Hehe
Well, i had an easy enough day today. Minus the fact that alyssa woke up at 0700! Little buggar. At least shes sweet though. So i laid on the couch and played w her for a good hour before momma got up. Had a few cups of coffee, then finally laid back down for a nap around 11:30. I got up about 4 and went to the barn to lift. Bench press today:
Bench Press 3x3 190, 205, 215
They all went up nicely, but i had to work for the last one!
Bench press 5x10 with 50% max
115 for 5x10.... That got tiring, but all were successful
I called it a day after that cause i had to get food for this evening. I did talk to wifeypoo about the tough mudder in dallas in march 2012. She said that would give you 6 months to train for it. So... Game on
