Got out into the man cave yesterday and did a little work with power tools and wood. I have to say my spirits improved a little after that. Its amazing what loud noises and sawdust in your sinuses will do for the psyche...
Worked out again this morning at 5:30 am. I was gonna wait until tues, but that back to back is starting to get a little leery with the numbers going up. Today went like this..
Squat 3x5 con 255 lbs
overhead press 3x5 with 120 lbs
deadlift 1x5 with 290 lbs
chinups to failure x3 14, 15, 9(i didn't wait the full alotted 5 min)
I have progressed greatly in form as well as depth with my squat. I'm very pleased. I'm anxious to see whats gonna happen with I cross into the 350ish range. That was the area of my max. But with the eating and protein and not sandbagging on the lifts, I think 415 squat in april will fall!

I don't know. Personally, I think it would be pretty rad if you were squatting more than me by the end of April. I would have to turn in my man card.
That sounds painful. i did a set or so of squats with 135 at g's house, and i couldn't walk for a few days. Kudos.
Yeah, 415 would prolapse my jejunum. In fact, just thinking of it is prolapsing something...

Yeah, You gotta quite doing back to back days. Those days off are essential for this program.
