Oh my God, its been a year since I last posted! hehe I had to do that! So, update:
I'm waiting patiently for my spouse to go into labor. I had no idea that people actually carried to term these days. After working in the ER for so long, I was sure it was normal for everyone to be 16, addicted to some sort of illegal substance, and come in in labor at 30 wks... But it is a pleasant suprise to know that the kiddo will have a really good fighting chance of being healthy.
I have been on Chase's weight program for about 2 weeks now. When we started, I felt like a complete wuss, and almost checked in my man card. Then I scrolled down to the bottom of the worksheet, and while ambitious, I thought that maybe I wouldn't be squatting 510 pounds at the end of 3 months.
So after adjusting, Im on track to break into the 400s in squat. Im kinda stoked about that.
Well, good to see ya all again. I'll have pictures soon after when the baby girl gets here. Prayers are appreciated!!

Yessiree, bob! i'm praying for your littlun. (And you guys too.) And if you can keep yerself in shape after that baby comes, you've definitely earned yer man card.
