Hi

Well, completed day two of the five 233k cycle. Im veeery sore. But its fine, I'll whimper under my breath.

Bench

DB Bench 40 12x3
plups 8, 6, 8

Not terrible. I feel like I kinda wasted my time with that starter program, because of how sore I am and not strong... but oh well. Hows you'uns week goin?

Hey nice to hear from you again. Wondered if you were still out there somewhere. Good to see you're still hittin' it. And with respect to bench: it seems like no matter how long i work it, i don't ever really get any stronger on it. Not a bad workout, senor.

Yea, its good conversing w ya. I just feel sometimes I dpnt have much to add from this mundane routine i go through when not at work!

So how are rotations goin man?

Post it up anyway. We're all married with children. Mundane is life for the moment. but I'd still like to follow your workouts.
