Feb 11

Heeeelllooooooo-
Its been many sleepless nights and double visioned days, but I am back! Actually things are starting to calm down a little and get into a pretty good schedule. But we're good. Sandy has learned that when the kid is sleeping, you don't do chores.. you sleep as well. Poor gal, she doesn't do well without the sleep like daddy does.

Well, Im not sure when I am going to set my workout time. It seems that it will have to be early in the morning, because there is not really enough time anywhere else. But, I don't guess thats terrible. We'll see how it works out.

Hows everyone else been? Anyone lose any appendages from the artic winter we've had? I've slipped by with 2 fingers, and toenail, and a part of my nose, but I'm not gonna complain. It coulda been waaaay worse!!

Bryant! Good to hear from you, brotha'. Glad to hear the dust and debris from the meteor crash is clearing a bit. Yeah, kids are pretty good for jacking up an otherwise clear schedule. But one of these days, if you play yer cards right, you'll have a faithful workout partner. The trick is staying in good enough shape to still be able to play with 'em when they're old enough to be fun. Hang in there.
