250 lbs for 3
275 lbs for 3
285 lbs for 3
not bad... i played a prop in mike's tour of homes.
Overhead press today
110 for 5
135 for 3
145 for 3. This was my PR... not bad day
The rest of the workout was similar to getting punched in the balls repeatedly by a midget! have a good day lads
