Day 4 almost closed. I agree with G, the workout on monday was almost a joke, minus the overhead squats. I got m' arse kicked with that V Burn challenge... I digress.
I had a few things to add and ask. One, do you think that these nepa walks are important if I am working all day on the house? I'm not just sitting around, gettin a lot of work done, so just wondering.
Also, have either of you been having any cravings? I had a rough afternoon, but I made it ok. Nothing a quick prayer and focus won't fix.
Lastly, we're 4 and 5 days in... keep it up yall!

If you read the dealyhicky on nepa, it says you won't need to accessorize much, or at all, if yer job is physical labor intensive to start. So the hour of walking is more for flaccid, wall-eyed desk jockeys: IT guys, and their ilk. i've been climbing on nearly every off-day, and i'm counting it as nepa (although i'm trying to squeeze some constitutionals with the fam in there too).
As fer cravings: yeah, wow. i really have a hard time with cheese. i made Annie an egg burrito this morning, and she left about half of it behind, and it was painful not to cram it in my pie hole. i'm ok when i'm in the vicinity of a Healthy Delicious Shake, but when i'm 1.5hrs out, and i've 1.5 to go and'm already ravenous, then it gets real hard and i get grumpy. Hang in there bro.
My crew is horrible about leaving giant open bags of mozzarella and other such delicacies open on the counter. This sucks for everyone. We're gonna make it!
