beaten down

Well, I have completed the first week of the new 531 program. Im a tad under the weather today, which made for an interresting evening. I just felt completely outta gas before I even got outside to the barn. But I still went, which makes me awesome.

210 x 3 (I was completely outta gas here today)

Chin-ups – 3 sets of 6-12 reps
wide grip x 6
overhand close grip x 6

I feel very accomplished this evening. even though I feel like hammered poo. This is the first time I have completed a monday wednesday friday as scheduled. That is my goal this month, no matter how tired I am, to make it into the gym MWF no matter if its midnight. sooo, anyway... Im tired. Going to sleep.. duece
